  • Why am I not notified when the exam registration window opens?
    Please ensure your registered email address is correct and that you have enabled notifications on the eLearning platform. Notifications are enabled by default. However, you may have disabled them.     Your account can be locked for a variety of reasons for example: A missed payment. Breaching our terms and conditions.   • How do I print or download all learning materials?
    The way you download the study materials differs per course. Courses That Are Studied In Order For courses which require you to complete activities within order, such as the NEBOSH General Certificate, you will be able to download the activity once it has unlocked, by clicking on it and then clicking export as PDF in the upper-right hand corner of the activity.     On some of our newer courses, you may be required to study the activities in order, this is to ensure you have the best chances of passing.     It's likely that you are unable to edit your NEBOSH answer sheet as you have not enabled editing on the document.     To enrol on a course with SHEilds, navigate to your desired courses product page and click buy now. You will then be taken to our secure checkout. Enter your billing details and complete checkout. Once you have completed checkout, you will be taken to your dashboard and presented with the course, which you can access immediately.Few readers
  • I can't sit my second IOSH Multiple Choice exam it is locked
