Why am I not notified when the exam registration window opens?

Please ensure your registered email address is correct and that you have enabled notifications on the eLearning platform. Notifications are enabled by default. However, you may have disabled them.


To check if you have disabled notifications on the SHEilds eLearning platform, please click your user icon in the upper-right hand corner of the screen and then click preferences:


Click your user icon and then click Preferences.

You will then be presented with your accounts settings click "Notification Preferences".

You will then be able to manage your notifications.
