My course activities are locked

On some of our newer courses, you may be required to study the activities in order, this is to ensure you have the best chances of passing.

Before you are able to move onto the first section of one of these newer courses, you must complete the Course Introduction video. The course introduction video will contain useful information on how to book your exam, how to navigate through the course and various other tips and tricks to ensure you get the best out of your course.

Below each activity there are badges, if the activity is locked, it will say "Not Available unless" it will then display the activity name and the completion criteria for the activity you must complete prior.

Locate the activity mentioned, complete it and then you may progress.
