I paid for my exams upfront but it is asking me to make payment at checkout
Our online shop system does not recognise students who have made payments for their exam upfront.
Therefore, you must book your exams directly with our examination team via email - exams@sheilds.org.
Please include the exam name and date you wish to sit and if applicable the location when emailing our exams team this will help us process your booking quicker.
Once you have provided the above information to our exam team via email, they will book your examination and adjust the exam credit on your account.
