I cannot add an exam to my cart the button is greyed out

During the booking process various questions are asked, to ensure you are booked on the right examination.

All mandatory questions will be marked with a red * (astrix).

If a question with an astrix was not answered, the system will not allow the booking to proceed.

Please fill in all of the required information. The add to basket button will then be clickable.
