How do I confirm if my exam booking and payment was successful?
To check that you have been enrolled on an exam successfully or to confirm if your payment was successful varies depending on how you booked your examination.
Online Bookings
Once you have completed your online booking and payment was successful your order will appear as “Processing” on your account.
Your order will update from "Processing" to "Complete", and you will be notified via an automated email, once our examination team have added you to exams registration list.
If the booking was unsuccessful the order will show as “Failed” or "Pending Payment". An email can be sent to exams@sheilds.org to enquire for assistance on the failed booking.
Email Bookings
Our examination department will provide you with the exam information, registration fees and payment options via email if you'd prefer. Once you have chosen your examination date and made payment via one of the payment methods provided in their email, please inform our examination team.
Once you have confirmed payment by email and we have verified that we have received the funds, we will enrol you on the examination and send you confirmation of booking via email.
