How do I book my closing interview?

By the end of the exam week you will receive an exam from obe@sheilds.org which includes a link to book your closing interview it will also contain a coupon code this is useful later on in the process.

Please click the link found in the above email.

You will then be taken to a page which looks like the following:

Select a date and time.

If you are not already logged in, you will be taken to the login screen:

Please login, if you do not have an account, create one on the right-hand side.

Once you have logged in or created an account, you will be presented with the following page:

Please enter your forename, surname, and check the three checkboxes.

Once you have filled in the required information select “Click to process to the next step and enter your coupon code”.

You will then be presented with the following page:

Please enter the promo code found in the email which contains the booking link into the promo code box and then press apply code:

This will remove the £50 booking fee. Upon applying the code the total amount will then display zero.

To confirm your closing interview by press the “Confirm Booking” button.

You will then be presented with an invoice page.

The invoice page will state “Pending Payment” for a few seconds and then will change to “Paid”.

Once the invoice page states paid you can navigate away from the page as your closing interview has been booked.

You will receive a confirmation email which will contain a meeting join link.
